EKSU Announces 29th Convocation Ceremony
Ekiti State University (EKSU), Ado-Ekiti, has scheduled the 29th Convocation Ceremony.
The event will honour graduates from the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 academic sessions.

Academic Robes and PaymentsAcademic robes will be collected from Faculty Officers from 17 March 2025.
Payments must be made through the EKSU Portal.
Payment ProcessVisit the EKSU Portal.
Select Certificate/Transcript and create a profile.
Click Apply for Certificate and enter the graduation year.
Select Degree Type (First Degree, Master’s, PhD, etc.).
Click Apply Now, select the item, and click Pay Now.
Enter ATM Card Details and complete the payment.
Print the receipt for record-keeping.
Note: EKSU does not allow third-party payments. Keep payment details secure.
Certificate Collection
Graduates who complete clearance and pay the required fees can collect certificates immediately after the ceremony.
Payments must be completed by 24 March 2025 to avoid extra charges.
Required DocumentsOriginal Statement of Result/Notification of Result.
Student ID Card or Letter of Identification from Department.
Two Recent Passport Photographs.
Evidence of Payment of Fees.
Clearance from the University.
