FCE Zaria (UDUSOK) Screening Exercise for New Students 2025

The 2024/2025 screening exercise for newly admitted undergraduate students of the Federal University of Education, Zaria, affiliated with Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, has been scheduled. The screening exercise for new students at the Federal University of Education, Zaria, will take place on the following dates:

Date: Wednesday, 12th to Saturday, 15th February 2025
Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Venue: PHE Multipurpose Hall

All newly admitted students must attend and complete the screening process as scheduled.

Documents Required for Screening

Each student must present the following:Original WASC/WASSC/NABTEB/SSC results or statements of results.
Original NCE/Diploma statement of result or certificate.
Original State of Origin/Indigenization Certificate.
Original Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age.
Original Direct Entry e-registration slip (for Direct Entry students).
Reference letter of good conduct from a reputable person on an official letterhead with a valid stamp.
Eight recent passport photographs on a white background.
Photocopies of all documents listed above.
WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB scratch cards for students without physical certificates. Scratch cards will be available for purchase.
Registration Remitta payment slip for 2023/2024 school fees, confirmed by the bursary department.
Photocopy of JAMB Admission Letter.


Additional Requirements

Each student must pay N12,500 at the screening venue. This covers:Journal
Student Handbook
Academic Gown
University ID Card
Oath Form

This payment is compulsory and must be completed before the screening process.
Important NotesStudents must arrive on time for the screening exercise.
No student will be screened without all the required documents.
Failure to complete the process may lead to admission cancellation.
