The Delta State Maritime Polytechnic (DESMAPOLY) has announced the details for its maiden Convocation Ceremony.



This event is an important occasion for graduands and the Polytechnic community to celebrate academic achievements.

New Convocation Date

The Convocation Ceremony was initially scheduled for Saturday, 23rd November 2024.

It has now been postponed to a new tentative date of Saturday, 25th January 2025.

The event will take place at the Braduce Complex on the Main Campus in Burutu.

The ceremony is set to begin promptly at 10:00 am.


Requirements for Graduands

All graduates from the 2011/2012 to 2023/2024 academic sessions are expected to participate in the ceremony.

Graduands are required to pay ₦30,000 to cover the cost of the certificate, convocation brochure, and the rental of the convocation gown.
