Requirements for the Sahara Group Graduate Management Trainee Program

To qualify for the 2025 Sahara Group Graduate Management Trainee Program, you must meet the following criteria:Hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of a 2:1 in any discipline.
Have 0-2 years of post-graduate formal work experience.
Must have completed the NYSC Program.
A Master’s degree from a recognised university or professional qualifications will be an added advantage for accelerated growth.
Be fluent in English.
Proficiency in French is a plus.
