Registration on MDCN Housemanship Portal
Upon receiving a provisional registration certificate during the induction ceremony, it is necessary to create a profile on the Housemanship portal of the MDCN.
This profile gives access to apply for housemanship positions at any of the 43 federal training institutions managed by MDCN.
It is essential not to contact or send application letters to federal institutions or MDCN directly.
This includes communication through proxies, such as parents, as this violates the Centralized Housemanship Placement System.
Such actions may result in a denial of portal access.
Important Details About MDCN Housemanship Placements
This update is specific to the 43 federal hospitals approved for housemanship placements.
Each hospital has a certain number of approved slots for doctors based on training needs.
If the hospital of your choice does not appear on the portal, it means there are no vacancies available at that location.
There are also 70 non-federal hospitals that offer housemanship placements.
Applicants are advised to directly approach these institutions for any available slots.
List of Approved Hospitals for Housemanship
The list of hospitals approved for housemanship under the centralized scheme is available on the MDCN website with a detailed list of approved centres.
