Admission Requirements for UCH Ibadan Occupational Health Nursing
Before applying, ensure you meet the following criteria:You must be a Registered Nurse with a valid practice license issued by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
You need five credits in O’Level examinations, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, taken in no more than two sittings.
The acceptable exam boards include WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
How to Apply for UCH Ibadan Occupational Health Nursing Admission
To apply for this programme, follow these steps:Visit the UCH Ibadan Portal.
Pay the non-refundable application fee of ₦20,000 via the Remita Payment Platform into the UCH Ibadan TSA Account for the School of Occupational Health Nursing.
Take your Remita Payment Slip to the UCH Accounts Department to convert it into a receipt.
Download the Applicant User Guide from the portal and carefully follow the instructions to enter your information and submit your application online.
Print two copies of your form and Photocard.
Submit these documents for authentication at the School of Occupational Health Nursing.
You also need to make a payment of ₦200 to the Oyo State Nursing and Midwifery Council Committee Account at First Bank (Account Number: 2019704292).
