Grundtvig Polytechnic HND Admission Requirements

To apply for the HND programmes, candidates must meet specific requirements.National Diploma (ND): Holders must have a minimum of lower credit in their chosen field, obtained from Grundtvig Polytechnic or any recognised institution.
Work Experience: Applicants must provide proof of at least one year of relevant work experience after obtaining their ND.
Pass Grades: ND graduates with a pass (CGPA of 2.00-2.49) and two years of relevant industrial experience may also be considered.

Grundtvig Polytechnic HND Admission Screening & Registration Requirements

When applying, candidates must present the following documents:Payment Receipt: Proof of payment for the application form.
ND Result: Original and three photocopies of the ND result.
Work Experience Proof: Evidence of post-ND work experience.
Acceptance & Processing Fees: Original and three photocopies of payment receipts for acceptance and processing fees.
O’Level Certificates: Original and three photocopies of O’Level certificates and online result printouts (SSCE, NECO, WAEC, NABTEB).
Birth Certificate: Original and three photocopies of the birth certificate or affidavit of declaration of age.
Change of Name: Original and three photocopies of evidence of a change of name (if applicable).
Identification: Original and three photocopies of identification and a certificate of local government origin.
Medical Report: Original and three photocopies of a medical report confirming fitness. Obtain the medical examination form from the Polytechnic Clinic.
Reference Letter: Original and three photocopies of a reference letter from a reputable individual (e.g., clergyman, senior public servant, notary public).
Passport Photos: Four recent passport-sized photographs.

Online ApplicationPayment: Pay a non-refundable application fee of ten thousand naira (N10,000) to Grundtvig Polytechnic’s First Bank account: 2034370922.
Application Form: Complete the HND online application form available on the Grundtvig Polytechnic admission page. Upload your payment receipt and all required documents on the portal.
Provisional Admission: After successful completion, download the Provisional Admission letter.
Offline ApplicationPayment: Pay the non-refundable application fee of ten thousand naira (N10,000) to Grundtvig Polytechnic’s First Bank account: 2034370922.
Application Form: Visit the Bursary unit (Reception) of the school to collect the HND application form. Submit the completed form along with evidence of payment.
Provisional Admission: Receive the Provisional Admission letter upon submission of the completed form at the Admissions office.
