Week 1: October 7 – October 11, 2024Monday, October 7: All staff resume duties.
Lecturers submit work plans.
Online registration for courses starts.
Lectures begin for all students.

Week 2: October 14 – October 18, 2024Lectures continue throughout the week.

Week 3: October 21 – October 25, 2024Monday, October 21: Heads of Departments (HODs) submit project supervision lists.
Lectures continue.

Week 4 – Week 7: October 28 – November 22, 2024Lectures continue without interruptions.

Week 8: November 25 – November 29, 2024Lecturers submit questions and marking schemes.
Lectures continue.

Week 9 – Week 10: December 2 – December 13, 2024Monday, December 9: HODs publish First Semester Exams timetable.
Lectures continue.

Week 11: December 16, 2024 – January 5, 2025Thursday, December 14: Orientation for fresh students.
Monday, December 16: Christmas break begins until Sunday, January 5, 2025.

Week 12: January 6 – January 10, 2025Monday, January 6: All staff resume.
Lectures continue.

Week 13 – Week 14: January 13 – January 24, 2025Lectures continue.
Revision begins.

Week 15: January 27 – January 31, 2025Monday, January 27: First Semester Examinations begin.
Exams continue until Friday, February 7.

Week 16: February 3 – February 7, 2025Lectures start for Batch B students on February 3.
Marking of exam scripts begins.

Week 17 – Week 18: February 17 – February 28, 2025Lectures continue for Batch B.
Marking ends on Friday, February 21.
Monday, February 24: Lecturers submit results (Batch A).

Week 19 – Week 23: March 3 – April 11, 2025Lectures continue for Batch B.
Monday, April 7: Exams commence for Batch B until Friday, April 11.

Marking of scripts continues.

Week 25 – Week 27: April 21 – May 9, 2025Lectures continue.
May 17: Matriculation and Convocation ceremonies take place.

Week 28 – Week 33: May 12 – June 20, 2025Lectures continue.
Monday, June 16: HODs publish the second semester exam timetable.

Week 34 – Week 36: June 23 – July 11, 2025Lectures continue.
Monday, July 7: Second semester exams begin.

Week 37 – Week 38: July 14 – July 25, 2025Exams end on Friday, July 18.
Monday, July 21: Marking begins.
All ND I students start their SIWES.

Week 39 – Week 40: July 28 – August 8, 2025Marking continues and ends on August 1.
Monday, August 4: Project defence begins and continues till Thursday, August 7.
Summer semester registration starts.
