Eligibility for Grundtvig Polytechnic Post UTMECandidates must have obtained five (5) O’Level credits in relevant subjects, including Mathematics and English, in no more than two sittings.
A minimum score of 100 in the 2024 JAMB UTME is required.
Candidates must have selected Grundtvig Polytechnic as one of their choices.
Candidates who did not choose Grundtvig Polytechnic but wish to switch must complete a Change of Institution on the JAMB website or seek assistance from the Polytechnic.
Requirements for Screening and Registration
Applicants are required to bring the following documents for the screening exercise:Original and three (3) photocopies of the JAMB (UTME) Results Slip.
Original and three (3) photocopies of the JAMB Provisional Admission Letter.
Original and three (3) photocopies of the Acceptance Fees and Processing Fee receipts.
Original and three (3) photocopies of O’Level certificates or printouts of results.
Original and three (3) photocopies of Birth Certificate or Affidavit of Declaration of Age.
Original and three (3) photocopies of Identification/Certificate of Local Government of Origin.
Original and three (3) photocopies of Medical Report of Fitness (obtain form from the Polytechnic Clinic).
Original and three (3) photocopies of a letter of reference from a person of good standing in society (e.g. Clergyman, Senior Public Servant, Notary Public).
Four (4) recent passport-sized photographs.
How to Apply for Grundtvig Polytechnic Post UTME Form
Payment and ApplicationAcceptance Fee: Pay ₦10,000 and a Processing Fee of ₦2,000 to Grundtvig Polytechnic, First Bank, Account Number: 2034370922.
Visit the Polytechnic with your credentials and evidence of payment to obtain, fill, and submit the Confirmation of Admission Form.
Alternatively, visit the Polytechnic Portal at www.gpolyportal.com to fill and submit the form online.
Confirmation of Admission
Upon successful completion of the application, candidates will receive a Confirmation of Admission Letter, which will allow them to proceed with paying their fees and completing their registration.
