FUNAAB Admission Details
Admission to FUNAAB is competitive. Successful candidates will receive admission through JAMB’s Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) and must participate in an ICT Training and Orientation Programme to prepare for university life.

General O’Level Requirement
Applicants need at least five O’Level credits in relevant subjects at one or two sittings in SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB. Check the FUNAAB Admission Requirements before filling out the application form.
UTME Candidates
Candidates must choose FUNAAB as their most preferred institution on the JAMB form, score a minimum of 160 in the 2024/2025 UTME, and write the exam.
Direct Entry Candidates
Candidates must have a minimum of Upper Credit or equivalent and choose FUNAAB as their most preferred institution on the JAMB form. They must submit their transcripts or certified statements of results to the Registrar by Friday, 6th September 2024.
Change of Institution/Course
Requests for changes should be directed to JAMB.
FUNAAB Post UTME/DE Application Procedure
Guidelines for Online ApplicationGenerate Application Invoice: Go to the FUNAAB Admission Portal and enter your JAMB UTME or Direct Entry Registration Numbers to generate your Application Invoice. This will provide your REMITA Reference Number and payment details for a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000.
Make Payment: Pay the fee at any bank accepting REMITA or online using a debit card or Internet Banking via the Remita website.
Complete the Application Form: Return to the University’s Admission Portal to log in and fill out the e-application form. Your personal details from JAMB’s portal will be displayed and cannot be altered. Ensure all other information is entered correctly.
Submit the Application: Review your application on the last page (acknowledgement page), confirm all entries, and then submit. Print out the Application Form, which will display your passport photograph.
Application Period: Opens on Thursday, 1st August 2024, and closes on Friday, 13th September 2024.
Correction Fee: Changes to submitted data cost ₦1,500 and must be made before the closing date. See correction details.

Direct Entry candidates must submit transcripts to the Registrar by Friday, 6th September 2024.
Only completed applications before the deadline will be considered.
Ensure you meet all requirements before payment. Admissions will be withdrawn if requirements are not met, and fees are non-refundable.
