Qualification Criteria for UITH College of Nursing Sciences
You must meet specific requirements to apply for the Basic Nursing Programme.Five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from either WASC/NECO, taken at not more than two sittings.
NABTEB qualifications are accepted but must not be combined with WASC or NECO certificates.
You must be at least 16 years old at the time of applying.
Applicants must have no deformities of the hands.
A clean criminal record is required.
Method of Payment for the Admission Form
The application form can only be obtained by making a payment of ₦10,000 through REMITA.
Payment should be directed to the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital Schools Complex Revolving Fund Account.

You are expected to bring your O’level result, birth certificate, and declaration of age to the interview.

Pay the ₦10,000 fee via REMITA by following the instructions provided on the portal.
After payment, return to the portal to fill out the online SON FORM using your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number.

Upload all required documents, including three referees’ letters on letter-headed paper and the sponsor’s signature.
