Entry Requirements
To apply, candidates must meet the following criteria:Five (5) O’ Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, and two (2) of the core science subjects (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).
One additional subject of choice.
A minimum JAMB UTME score of 120.
Course Duration
The programme is a full-time course lasting two years.
Upon successful completion, students will receive a National Diploma (ND) in Orthopaedic Cast Technology.
Application Process
Interested candidates should obtain the application form from the Workforce Planning & Recruitment Unit, located in the MRC Building at LASUTH.
The completed form must be submitted along with:Photocopies of the candidate’s credentials.
A curriculum vitae (CV).
Two recent passport photographs on a white background.
SSCE/NECO certificates or a printout of results from WAEC/NECO.
UTME result slip.

Screening Process
