The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) has announced the 2024 Annual Essay Competition for Nigerian undergraduates. The topic is "The Rise of Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Job and Workforce Dynamics in Organisations." Prizes include cash awards and HRM books, with the top three winners receiving N125,000, N100,000, and N75,000 respectively. Winners will also get free CIPM student membership and an all-expense-paid trip to Abuja for the CIPM 2024 International Conference & Exhibitions. Submit your entries by 6th September 2024. Eligibility

Only undergraduates in Nigerian tertiary institutions can participate.
Guidelines

Entries must adhere to the following standards:Length: Not more than 3000 words
Referencing: APA Style (6th Edition)
Font: Times New Roman, 12-point font size
Documentation: Typed in double line spacing, MS Word only
Plagiarism: Plagiarised content will result in disqualification.
PrizesFirst Prize: N125,000 and 2 HRM books
Second Prize: N100,000 and 2 HRM books
Third Prize: N75,000 and 2 HRM books

Additionally, all winners will receive:Access to a network of employers
Free registration as student members of CIPM (for non-members)
An all-expense paid trip to Abuja for the CIPM 2024 International Conference & Exhibitions
Submission of Entries

All entries must include the following items:ID card from the student’s current institution
Copy of the admission letter to the student’s current institution
One recent passport-sized photograph
Current mobile telephone number and email address
