Clinical Examination and Registration Details
Clinical Examination Preparation
Before your scheduled date:Collecting Specimen Bottles: Obtain a sterile specimen bottle from the laboratory between 1 pm and 4 pm on the day before your scheduled date.
On your scheduled date:Medical Laboratory Visit: Report to the Health Centre’s Medical Laboratory between 8 am and 11 am with:Proof of laboratory and X-ray payment.
The freshly collected urine specimen in the sterile bottle provided.
Note: The specimen bottle is available at the laboratory during working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Medical Registration Checklist
On the day of your medical registration, ensure you have the following between 8:30 am and 1:00 pm:Student Entrance Medical Examination form (downloaded copy)
Original copy of your laboratory results
Photocopies of your laboratory payment receipt
Birth certificate or declaration of age photocopy
Two recent passport photographs
