Important Reminders for IAUE Graduates

Graduates of IAUE who have successfully made it onto the NYSC 2023 Batch ‘C’ mobilisation list need to be mindful of the following key dates and instructions:
1. Online Registration

Eligible graduates should gear up for online registration slated for Monday, 16th October 2023. It’s imperative to note that the Registration Portal will be activated on this date specifically for the IAUE Prospective Corps Members for the 2023 Batch ‘C’.

However, a special note for IAUE Prospective Corps Members: If you were mobilised in previous Batches, you should proceed for online registration from Sunday, 15th October 2023.



2. Outgone Students

For students who have concluded their studies and cleared all their dues on the university portal but have not seen their names uploaded on the NYSC portal, there are guidelines to adhere to:Ensure that the NYSC eligibility forms have been duly submitted to the Students Affairs Unit.
A quick heads-up for the 2024 Batch ‘A’: Data Collation is set to commence soon. Therefore, reviewing the error list for potential corrections is highly advisable.
3. Addressing Queries

Should there be any discrepancies or queries regarding details like ‘date of birth’ or ‘name correction’, students are instructed to promptly approach the Students Affairs Unit. The university assures timely technical assistance via the institution’s dedicated ICT support for NYSC mobilisation.
